Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    October 1, 2026
    You must submit a valid Claim Form to be potentially eligible for a payment from this Settlement. Claim Forms must be submitted online by October 1, 2026, or, if mailed, postmarked no later than October 1, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    September 21, 2026
    If you do not like the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, or the request for attorneys’ fees and Litigation Expenses, you may write to the Court and explain why you do not like them. You cannot object to the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation, or the fee and expense request unless you are a Class Member. Objections must be postmarked or filed no later than September 21, 2026.

  • Settlement Hearing

    October 29, 2026
    The Settlement Hearing will be held on October 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, either in person at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Courtroom 6 of the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building & United States Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612, or by telephone or videoconference (in the discretion of the Court).
